In the terms below we & us refer to D & J Bolton trading as Jules(julesbodyjewellery.co.uk).
Free UK delivery on orders over £10.00 is by 1st class royal mail, we recommend that for larger orders you use recorded or special delivery.
Please note that we DO NOT accept NON_UK cheques & money orders as payment.
All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to JULES.
All Debit & Credit card transactions are handled by Worldpay for us at their secure site.
Goods will only be sent when payment has been received in full.
FREE BODY PIERCING JEWELLERY PROMOTIONS: When we are advertising this offer we will send a free belly bar, tongue bar, eyebrow bar, labret or body jewellery item of our choice with every order over £10.00 which is paid for in full (excluding postage). The offer is for 1 free item per order over £10.00. This is not negotiable and the free item must be returned if the order is returned for any reason.
If items are not paid for within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We aim to send orders out on the day which they are made (before 2.00pm) or the day after, if that is not possible.
All of our body jewellery bars and rings are High Grade 316L Stainless/Surgical Steel unless otherwise stated (titanium etc), and are designed to be worn once your healing has fully healed.
We try to get the photgraphs as near as possible to true colour, but obviously everyone's monitors are set differently, so ther may be a slight shade differences in real life, and the photgraphs are not taken to any scale.
For obvious hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on any body piercing jewellery and piercing supplies, so please do select the correct size for your piercing.
Any items that are reported to be faulty in any way must be returned to us before we proceed to either send a replacement or repair the items.
We do not take any resposibility for harm or injury caused from wearing our jewellery, and will not be held responsible for items that have been misused or handled without proper care.
All body jewellery is handled as little as possible before being sent out to the customer. As with other jewellery ( pierced earrings etc., ) Body jewellery does not have to be sterlised before use, as long as your piercing is healed, then it is fine just to make sure your hands and the jewellery are clean before changing the jewellery. If your piercing is not fully healed then please do not attempt to change it, as this is the easiest way to get an infection.
All of pur body jewellery complies with the EU nickel directive.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
We (julesbodyjewellery.co.uk) trading as Jules) accept no liability for the incorrect use of any body jewellery items sold.
If you are paying using either a credit or debit card you will receive a confirmation email from Worldpay when your transaction has been successful. Please keep a copy of this email and the transaction number from Worldpay.
All photographs of jewellery used on this site are the direct property of D & J Bolton trading as Jules (julesbodyjewellery.co.uk) and may not be copied or used without prior written permission by any other person/s. Use of these photographs without written permission will result in legal action.
OUR REFUND POLICY
All items are checked and then sealed in a clear polythene bag before being despatched. Upon receipt of your order please check the item/s before removing them from the sealed bag. If at this point you are unsatisfied then please notify us and we will arange for a refund, once the item/s have been returned to us by recorded delivery. For obvious hygiene reasons we do not do exchanges / swaps on any body piercing jewellery. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee of between £3 - £5 per item unless faulty. By opening the polythene bag you are accepting that you are satisfied with the item, if you are not then please notify us asap.
If you wish to return any item/s you must notify us within seven days receipt of the item/s.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
